How much does the service cost?
$85 per month

How much is the scanner?
$89.95 (periodic price adjustments may apply)
FREE if you pre-pay for six months of service

How do I pay?

When you sign up, an account is set up for you through Pay Pal.

Your credit card will be automatically charged on the first of each month for that month’s service.

If you pre-pay and receive the FREE scanner, your credit card will be charged $510 for six months of service. After the six months is up, your credit card will then be charged $85 on the first of each month.

What if I am behind in recording my receipts?
The Trucker’s Accountant can get your records up-to-date.

Internet Clients:
Just pre-pay for the number of months you are behind, scan your information to us, and we will process your data.

After that, your credit card will be charged $85 on the first of each month.

Can The Trucker’s Accountant do my income taxes?
Yes. We can do both federal and state income tax returns.

If The Trucker’s Accountant has processed your data for a full calendar year, you will receive a $200 credit towards your return.

The cost depends upon the complexity of your return and ranges from $150 on up.

Can I ever cancel the service?
Yes. Service may be cancelled with 30 days prior notice in writing sent to The Trucker’s Accountant.
